With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and more specifically administrative support, Annelie ensures that applications for policies & investments, the requirements by insurance companies and the medical aids are met to avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to the existing and new clients. Any changes to medical aid plans or changes to members that may be required from time to time, are attended to by Annelie, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless change.

Since her employment with MJ Fins in 2011, Heidi has been attending to all Short Term Insurance matters; quotations, policies and claims, as well as the annual review of the client’s portfolio’s, ensuring that all queries are attended to efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients. With this professional approach the Short Term Business component of MJ Fins have grown year on year.
